AADL Game Con 2024

April 13, 2024  at the Ann Arbor District Library

It was great returning to the AADL, seeing new faces and some familiar ones! We connected with the library wanderers and people active in the local gaming community. Many people heard about our games and we left feeling encouraged to keep towards our publishing goals. There were also plenty of opportunities to learn and play; check out the list of designers at the event as well as recordings of sessions about game design and publishing here.

Protospiel Michigan 2023

July 7-9, 2023 at Washtenaw Community College

Protospiel occurs around the country, creating events specifically to playtest developing games. We visited Michigan Protospiel and met many designers, and had a blast playtesting their games! Check out a couple of our favorites: Possums In A Trench Coat by Christopher Chan, Crashdroid League by Dan Laughlin, and Nebula Edge of the Galaxy by Grumblebub Games.

We got a couple playtests in for Mutiny Mateys and Shrubs, and some valuable time to brainstorm changes to both games.  So much time was spent playing and designing we forgot to take pictures! More photos and design updates to come!
